Terms of Service<\/h2>

1. Agreement to Terms<\/h2>

By accessing or using our handyman service platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.<\/p>

Our Service connects homeowners and property owners (“Customers”) with independent handyman professionals (“Service Providers”). We are not a party to any agreements between Customers and Service Providers.<\/p>

          • You are solely responsible for selecting a Service Provider<\/li>
          • You must verify licenses, insurance, and credentials independently<\/li>
          • Payment arrangements are directly between you and the Service Provider<\/li>
          • You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits<\/li>
          • You must inspect and approve completed work<\/li><\/ul>

            4. Service Provider Terms<\/h2>

            4.1 Service Provider Requirements<\/h3>

            Service Providers must:<\/p>

            • Maintain all required licenses and permits<\/li>
            • Carry appropriate insurance coverage<\/li>
            • Provide accurate information about qualifications<\/li>
            • Honor quoted prices and timeframes<\/li>
            • Perform work in a professional manner<\/li>
            • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations<\/li><\/ul>

              4.2 Independent Contractor Status<\/h3>

              Service Providers are independent contractors, not our employees, agents, or partners. We do not:<\/p>

              • Control how Service Providers perform work<\/li>
              • Set Service Provider prices<\/li>
              • Provide tools, equipment, or materials<\/li>
              • Offer employment benefits<\/li>
              • Withhold taxes from payments<\/li><\/ul>

                5. Our Role and Limitations<\/h2>

                5.1 Platform Services<\/h3>

                • A platform to connect Customers with Service Providers<\/li>
                • Basic verification of Service Provider credentials<\/li>
                • Communication tools to facilitate connections<\/li>
                • General customer support<\/li><\/ul>

                  5.2 What We Don’t Provide<\/h3>

                  We do NOT:<\/p>

                  • Employ, recommend, or endorse any Service Provider<\/li>
                  • Guarantee the quality of work performed<\/li>
                  • Set or negotiate prices<\/li>
                  • Handle payments between parties<\/li>
                  • Provide insurance coverage for work performed<\/li>
                  • Act as a contractor or service provider<\/li><\/ul>

                    6. Fees and Payments<\/h2>

                    6.1 Customer Fees<\/h3>
                    • Our Service is FREE for Customers<\/li>
                    • No fees for submitting requests or receiving quotes<\/li>
                    • No commissions on completed work<\/li><\/ul>

                      6.2 Payment Processing<\/h3>
                      • All payments are handled directly between Customers and Service Providers<\/li>
                      • We do not process, handle, or hold any payments<\/li>
                      • Payment disputes must be resolved between the parties involved<\/li><\/ul>

                        7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

                        7.1 Our Property<\/h3>

                        All content on our platform, including but not limited to:<\/p>

                        • Logos, trademarks, and brand elements<\/li>
                        • Website design and functionality<\/li>
                        • Text, graphics, and images<\/li>
                        • Software and code<\/li><\/ul>

                          Is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.<\/p>

                          7.2 Your License to Use<\/h3>

                          We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.<\/p>

                          7.3 User Content<\/h3>

                          By submitting content to our Service, you:<\/p>

                          • Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content<\/li>
                          • Represent that you own or have rights to the content<\/li>

                                9.3 Indemnification<\/h3>

                                You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:<\/p>
